Have you heard of manifestation but don't know where to start? Then you're in the right place!
Here is a friendly-introduction to those who are interested in up-leveling their lives and learning more about the laws of the universe:

The 13 Universal Laws:
Although manifestation may sound "woowoo" or even "delulu," manifestation is rooted in science. As more research is gathered in the world of Quantum Physics, the increasing evidence reveals the art of manifestation is rooted in science (double-slit experiment, observer effect, confirmation bias, etc.). Many people have difficulty disassociating the word from the emotions it evokes in them. They hear manifestation and immediately think of witchcraft or even naivety. Due to the intangible nature of manifesting, many people find it hard to believe and are, more than not, scared to try. Our of fear of manifestation "not working," many people refuse to try, allowing their limiting beliefs to keep their mind closed. Whether it be a fear of looking like a fool, fear of being let down again, or fear of rejection, fear is the root cause that keeps many people stuck; fear of the unknown, change, and unfamiliarity. But what do you have to lose? What if it works out the best possible way you could imagine?
Even if you think you haven't ever manifested or don't even know where to start, you might be surprised to hear that you have and are manifesting right now. Manifestation isn't a switch you can turn on and off. Your thoughts and beliefs are manifesting every second of every day.
Manifesting: Gaining control of your thoughts, beliefs, and self-concept, utilizing control of your internal state to influence your external reality.
Manifesting is not a hobby you entertain for an hour every other week-- it's a lifestyle. You are constantly manifesting with your thoughts. Many people confuse Descartes' popular saying, "I think, therefore I am." They think that their thoughts are who they are, essentially: "What I think, is who I am." Thoughts, however, are like cars on a highway. They come speeding into your mind. But they are just that, cars speeding into your mind. Cars speeding and being quickly replaced by another car, and another, and another... The estimated amount of thoughts per day is roughly 15,000 - 60,000 thoughts a day. That's a lot of cars. No wonder traffic happens. If you identify with your thoughts, you're giving them power over you. By holding onto a thought you're slowing down the car, which slows down all the other thoughts behind it, eventually causing traffic in your mind; that's when overthinking happens. One negative thought (car) leads to another negative thought and another and another.... then you have a traffic jam of negativity. The good news is that you are NOT your thoughts! Thoughts are cars passing by. When you accidentally spill coffee on yourself because you're late to work and you think "I'm so stupid," "fucking coffee," "I'm an idiot for waking up late," blah blah blah... are those thoughts true? No! Of course not! You are not stupid and you are not an idiot for spilling coffee. Accidents happen. Would you call your friend an idiot for spilling coffee? No, so why are you calling yourself stupid?
If you give your attention to that negative thought and let it influence your next thought and the next, eventually your whole day is filled with negative and self-degrading thoughts. It's a chain reaction. Instead of letting yourself feel angry, upset, or annoyed that you spilled your coffee in that moment, you're letting your thoughts control you by allowing them to influence the rest of your day. You're identifying with your thoughts and believing them. If someone tells you that you're dumb everyday, you'll eventually start to believe it. Maybe not at first, but if years go by and you spill your coffee, you're late to work, you forget to buy more toiletpaper, etc., your mind will start to validate the thought "I'm dumb." Your mind looks for things in your reality to confirm and validate your thoughts. But thoughts are cars. Cars come and go- if you let them. If you have a negative thought because you spill your coffee, it's okay! Be angry! Be upset! And then let it go. Realize and acknowledge that your thought of "I'm dumb," is just that, a thought, a thought that appears and then quickly speeds away. You have to choose to not identify with your thought. Yes, I feel dumb in this moment, but I know I know I'm not.
The point of all this is to emphasize that manifesting is a lifestyle. Manifesting is basically controlling your thoughts. If your mind is constantly looking for things in your reality to validate your thoughts and feelings, then of course negative thoughts are going to manifest negative outcomes and experiences in your reality. You cannot turn your mind/thoughts off, meaning you cannot stop manifesting. Manifesting is becoming aware that you are NOT your thoughts. You choose who you are. You choose your thoughts. It takes practice, but with time and control over your thoughts and mind, you can control what you manifest into your life. It's that simple.
